Från böna till kopp

De’Longhis kaffebönor odlas enligt goda, rena och rättvisa riktlinjer på plantaget Finca Rio Colorado, som är en del av Las Capucas hållbara byar.

Denna Slow Food-gemenskap skapades 2021 och ligger i Las Capucas, i kommunen San Pedro de Copán, väster om Honduras. Dess mål är att säkerställa kommersialiseringen av kaffe av god kvalitet och generera ekonomiska inkomster för kaffeproducenternas familjer som är engagerade i miljön och produktiv hållbarhet, och utbilda dem i Slow Food-värden.

Den höga kvaliteten på bönorna har testats av kaffeexperten Andrej Godina, enligt kriterier uppsatta av Specialty Coffee Association. Annorlunda, naturligt, oumbärligt: gör dig redo för ett kaffe som inget annat.

This journey is our commitment to empowering coffee lovers to make more responsible coffee choices by giving greater insight into the people and processes along the coffee value chain.

Thanks to our partnership with Slow Food Coffee Coalition, we aim to support the activities of coffee producers and empower farmers by increasing consumer knowledge of their best practices and their commitment to producing good, clean and fair coffee.

The Slow Food Coffee Coalition is an international open and collaborative network, uniting all the participants involved in the coffee supply chain, from farmers to consumers. It also supports the creation of a Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) to identify Good, Clean and Fair Coffee.
