Die Kaffeebohnen von De'Longhi werden nach guten, sauberen und fairen Richtlinien auf der Plantage Finca Rio Colorado angebaut, die zum Sustainable Village Las Capucas gehört.

Diese Slow-Food-Gemeinschaft wurde 2021 gegründet und befindet sich in Las Capucas, in der Gemeinde San Pedro de Copán, im Westen von Honduras. Ihr Ziel ist es, die Vermarktung von qualitativ hochwertigem Kaffee zu gewährleisten und den Familien der Kaffeeproduzenten, die sich für die Umwelt und die produktive Nachhaltigkeit einsetzen, ein gutes Einkommen zu verschaffen und sie hinsichtlich Slow Food zu schulen.

Die hohe Qualität der Bohnen wurde von dem Kaffeeexperten Andrej Godina nach den Kriterien der Specialty Coffee Association geprüft. Einzigartig, natürlich, authentisch: Bereiten Sie sich auf einen Kaffee vor, der unvergleichlich ist.

This journey is our commitment to empowering coffee lovers to make more responsible coffee choices by giving greater insight into the people and processes along the coffee value chain.

Thanks to our partnership with Slow Food Coffee Coalition, we aim to support the activities of coffee producers and empower farmers by increasing consumer knowledge of their best practices and their commitment to producing good, clean and fair coffee.

The Slow Food Coffee Coalition is an international open and collaborative network, uniting all the participants involved in the coffee supply chain, from farmers to consumers. It also supports the creation of a Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) to identify Good, Clean and Fair Coffee.
