What is a Portable Air Conditioner? How does it work?

Portable air conditioners are standalone units that provide cooling for specific areas or rooms. They consist of a compressor, condenser, evaporator, and a fan. How to Install an Air Conditioner with external hose?

Installing a portable air conditioner with an external hose is really simple: the exhaust hose must be properly connected to the unit and directed towards a suitable window or ventilation opening. Setting up the unit involves securing the hose in place and ensuring a good seal to prevent hot air from entering the room.
First select a suitable location for the portable air conditioner near a window or door and place the unit on a flat, stable surface, preferably near a power outlet.
Then attach the exhaust hose to the back of the air conditioner (it usually fits into a designated outlet or port) and extend the hose towards the window or door.
Then connect the other end of the hose to the window ventilation kit supplied with the unit.
