Can I connect another De’Longhi Comfort user account to the same appliance?

YES. You can share your appliance with a different De'Longhi Comfort user to allow him/her to control your device from his/her smartphone/tablet. Proceed as follows:

  • Open the De'Longhi Comfort APP by logging in with your own user account (USER A) from your smartphone/tablet.
  • Tap on the icon on the top-right side of the screen. 
  • Tap on the option:

  • Tap on the button on the bottom-right side of the page.

  • Tap on the appliance you wish to share, then edit the email address (1) of the user account (USER B) with which you wish to share the dehumidifier and click on the CREATE button (2) to create the appliance sharing between you and USER B:

The USER B will find the dehumidifier available in the DEVICES section of the APP on his/her smartphone/tablet. Furthermore, an email notification will be sent both to you and to the USER B email address confirming the sharing completion.
