The amount of ice is entirely up to you. When brewing an over ice beverage. the machine will deliver less quantity, but a more concentrated coffee. We suggest you start by filling your glass, mug, or travel tumbler halfway with ice, and choose the desired beverage size. 

After brewing, you can add more ice as desired. For more details on dosage amounts, you can refer to the instruction manual for the minimal recommended quantity.
