Why does it feel hard when inserting the portafilter into my unit?

If the portafilter seems tight when you are inserting it into the machine, please check the amount of grounds coffee it contains and reduce the quantity. When the ground coffee has not been pressed or is too much, it will make inserting the filter hard or tight.
Please make sure the coffee reach the mark inside the filter.
