Why does the machine suggest me to run a quick cold rinse before preparing Cold Brew?

Under certain circumstances, before preparing a cold brew drink the user might be advised to run a quick cold rinsing, to ensure the ideal temperature for an optimal in-cup result. This phase can be skipped, at the user's discretion.
