- Check that the e-mail has not ended up in the spam folder;
If you cannot find the e-mail, you can generate a second one by following the steps below:
- Reopen the App and continue with the logIn;
- The system will inform you that you need to verify your e-mail address, then re-enter your registration e-mail address and press enter to send the activation link again.
If you have any difficulties, please call the customer service indicating the e-mail address used during the registration.
