To make hot water with your Dedica Maestro, place a container under the steam wand, then follow these steps:

1. Wait for the coffee lights to come on steadily.
2. Turn the steam dial to the position. Hot water is delivered from the steam wand.
3. To stop hot water delivery, close the dial.

Please note: You should not deliver hot water for more than 60 seconds.
