What should I add inside the return parcel?

In case of a return, please add all the following items inside the original box and parcel:

  • The unused products in their original condition and packaging
  • Accessories included inside the original box
  • Anything else received with the products (this includes free gifts and discount vouchers)
  • Warranty Paper
  • User manual
