Οι κόκκοι καφέ της De'Longhi καλλιεργούνται σύμφωνα με καλές, αγνές και δίκαιες οδηγίες στη φυτεία Finca Rio Colorado, μέρος του βιώσιμου χωριού Las Capucas.

Αυτή η κοινότητα αργών τροφίμων δημιουργήθηκε το 2021 και βρίσκεται στο Las Capucas, μέρος του δήμου San Pedro de Copán, στη δυτική Ονδούρα. Στόχος της είναι να διασφαλίζει την εμπορευματοποίηση του καφέ καλής ποιότητας και να δημιουργεί εισόδημα για τις οικογένειες των παραγωγών καφέ που αγωνίζονται για το περιβάλλον και την παραγωγική βιωσιμότητα, εκπαιδεύοντάς τες στις αξίες των αργών τροφίμων.

Η υψηλή ποιότητα των κόκκων έχει δοκιμαστεί από τον ειδικό στον καφέ Andrej Godina, σύμφωνα με τα κριτήρια της Specialty Coffee Association. Διαφορετικός, φυσικός, ουσιώδης: Ετοιμαστείτε για έναν καφέ που δεν έχετε ξαναπιεί.

This journey is our commitment to empowering coffee lovers to make more responsible coffee choices by giving greater insight into the people and processes along the coffee value chain.

Thanks to our partnership with Slow Food Coffee Coalition, we aim to support the activities of coffee producers and empower farmers by increasing consumer knowledge of their best practices and their commitment to producing good, clean and fair coffee.

The Slow Food Coffee Coalition is an international open and collaborative network, uniting all the participants involved in the coffee supply chain, from farmers to consumers. It also supports the creation of a Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) to identify Good, Clean and Fair Coffee.
