A Micro Roastery Specialty is simply a micro roastery that is committed to good coffee in every aspect, like how it is grown to how it is prepared. Roasting is a form of art. That’s where the life of a coffee begins. Just like any other project in life, a micro roastery focused on specialty coffees needs strong foundations and a healthy dose of passion if it wants to fully extract and complete the work of an entire supply chain. Coffee is pure art until it’s consumed.
