Je kunt de functie "Energy Saving" aanzetten om te voldoen aan Europese regelgeving. Dan wordt de temperatuur van het warmwaterreservoir verlaagd en het licht van het display gedimd.
Daarnaast kun je de machine in de "Auto-off"-stand zetten. Dan gaat je machine na 9 minuten, 1,5 uur of 3 uur automatisch uit, afhankelijk van wat je instelt. Zo bespaar je nog meer energie.
Our coffee makers are designed to deliver the correct brewing pressure based on your chosen coffee beans. When brewing, the indicator level should be within the optimal zone range. When the pressure indicator falls significantly below the optimal zone, this indicates an under extracted espresso and requires a finer grinding adjustment. If the indicator level moves way past the optimal zone, this indicates an over extracted espresso and usually requires a coarser grind.
Please note:
- Your dosing level (volume of ground coffee) should always reach the ring inside the filter basket. Once this level is achieved, the only adjustment you should make to change extraction pressure is the one of Grinding Size on the grinder.
- Different coffee bean types may require different adjustments in order to achieve the optimal zone reading. Remember, as long as the indicator level resides in that zone you are performing a great extraction.
- On La Specialista Maestro, Opera and Arte Evo with Cold Extraction Technology, the Cold Brew drink is extracted at ambient temperature and without pressure, resulting in the pressure gauge not moving towards the "Optimal Zone".
Yes, all La Specialista series allow you to program the drink quantity of each selectable beverage available on the control panel.
However, please note that you can not program steam delivery.
Hot water delivery is customizable on La Specialista Arte only.
