Was ist eine manuelle Espressomaschine?

Die manuelle Kaffeemaschine ist, wie der Name schon sagt, eine Maschine, bei der die Kaffeezubereitung durch den Anwender selbst erfolgt. Der Siebträger wird mit gemahlenem Kaffee gefüllt, fest in den Kolben gepresst und mit einem Druck von etwa 9 bar gebrüht. Bei der Espresso-Brühmethode wird das volle Aroma der Kaffeebohnen entfaltet und die typische Crema bildet sich auf dem Espresso.

Ist eine manuelle Kaffeemaschine besser als ein Kaffeevollautomat?

Beide Maschinen können köstliche Kaffees zubereiten, der Unterschied liegt in der persönlichen Vorliebe des Anwenders bei der Zubereitung. Bei einer manuellen Maschine erfolgt die Zubereitung durch den Anwender, der die Gesten des Barista nachahmt. Bei einem Kaffeevollautomaten wird das fertige Getränk automatisch auf Knopfdruck zubereitet.
