De'Longhi zrna kave uzgajaju se prema dobrim, čistim i poštenim smjernicama, na plantaži Finca Rio Colorado , koja je dio Las Capucas održivog sela.

Ova zajednica Slow Food osnovana je 2021. godine i nalazi se u Las Capucasu, općini San Pedro de Copán, u zapadnom Hondurasu. Njezin je cilj osigurati komercijalizaciju kvalitetne kave i generirati ekonomski prihod za obitelji proizvođača kave posvećene okolišu i produktivnoj održivosti, obučavajući ih o vrijednostima Slow Food.

Visoku kvalitetu zrna ispituju stručnjaci za kavu Andrej Godina, slijedeći kriterije udruge Specialty Coffee Association. Drukčija, prirodna, esencijalna: pripremite se za kavu kao ni jedna druga.

This journey is our commitment to empowering coffee lovers to make more responsible coffee choices by giving greater insight into the people and processes along the coffee value chain.

Thanks to our partnership with Slow Food Coffee Coalition, we aim to support the activities of coffee producers and empower farmers by increasing consumer knowledge of their best practices and their commitment to producing good, clean and fair coffee.

The Slow Food Coffee Coalition is an international open and collaborative network, uniting all the participants involved in the coffee supply chain, from farmers to consumers. It also supports the creation of a Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) to identify Good, Clean and Fair Coffee.
