De’Longhis kaffebønner dyrkes efter gode, rene og fair retningslinjer i plantagen Finca Rio Colorado, som er en del af Las Capucas Sustainable Village.

Dette Slow Food-fællesskab blev oprettet i 2021 og ligger i Las Capucas, en kommune i San Pedro de Copán, vest for Honduras. Målet er at sikre kommercialisering af kaffe af god kvalitet og generere indtægter til kaffeproducenternes familier, der er engageret i miljøet og produktiv bæredygtighed, og uddanne dem i Slow Food-værdier.

Bønnernes høje kvalitet er blevet testet af kaffeeksperten Andrej Godina efter Specialty Coffee Associations kriterier. Forskellig, naturlig, essentiel: Gør dig klar til en kaffe som ingen anden.

This journey is our commitment to empowering coffee lovers to make more responsible coffee choices by giving greater insight into the people and processes along the coffee value chain.

Thanks to our partnership with Slow Food Coffee Coalition, we aim to support the activities of coffee producers and empower farmers by increasing consumer knowledge of their best practices and their commitment to producing good, clean and fair coffee.

The Slow Food Coffee Coalition is an international open and collaborative network, uniting all the participants involved in the coffee supply chain, from farmers to consumers. It also supports the creation of a Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) to identify Good, Clean and Fair Coffee.
