Pavuista kuppiin

De’Longhin kahvipavut kasvatetaan hyvän, puhtaan ja reilun ohjeistuksen mukaisesti Finca Rio Colorado -viljelmällä, joka kuuluu Las Capucas Sustainable Village -kylään.

Tämä Slow Food -yhteisö perustettiin vuonna 2021. Se sijaitsee Las Capucasissa San Pedro de Copánin kunnassa Hondurasin länsipuolella. Sen tavoitteena on varmistaa laadukkaan kahvin kaupallistaminen ja tulojen tuottaminen ympäristöön ja kestävään tuotantoon sitoutuneille kahvintuottajaperheille sekä kouluttaa heidät Slow Food -arvojen mukaisesti.

Kahviasiantuntija Andrej Godina on testannut papujen korkean laadun Specialty Coffee Associationin kriteereitä noudattaen. Erilainen, luonnollinen ja aito: valmistaudu ainutlaatuiseen kahviin.

This journey is our commitment to empowering coffee lovers to make more responsible coffee choices by giving greater insight into the people and processes along the coffee value chain.

Thanks to our partnership with Slow Food Coffee Coalition, we aim to support the activities of coffee producers and empower farmers by increasing consumer knowledge of their best practices and their commitment to producing good, clean and fair coffee.

The Slow Food Coffee Coalition is an international open and collaborative network, uniting all the participants involved in the coffee supply chain, from farmers to consumers. It also supports the creation of a Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) to identify Good, Clean and Fair Coffee.
