You may prepare a Cold Brew Pot and later store it in the refridgerator to serve it at a later time and even more refreshing. In any case, store for no more than 3 days. For an ideal result, we recommend serving cold brew adding ice cubes to the glass.

It comes down to your personal preference, there is no right or wrong. Generally speaking, Cold Brew extraction works particularly well with lighter roasted beans, possibly single origins rather than blends. This being said, you can really use the Cold Brew recipe with any type of coffee.

For all drinks, only use fresh potable water. Before preparing a cold brew drink, empty out the water tank, rinse thoroughly and refill with fresh drinking water.
