De'Longhi zrna kave uzgajaju se prema dobrim, čistim i poštenim smjernicama, na plantaži Finca Rio Colorado , koja je dio Las Capucas održivog sela.

Ova zajednica Slow Food osnovana je 2021. godine i nalazi se u Las Capucasu, općini San Pedro de Copán, u zapadnom Hondurasu. Njezin je cilj osigurati komercijalizaciju kvalitetne kave i generirati ekonomski prihod za obitelji proizvođača kave posvećene okolišu i produktivnoj održivosti, obučavajući ih o vrijednostima Slow Food.

Visoku kvalitetu zrna ispituju stručnjaci za kavu Andrej Godina, slijedeći kriterije udruge Specialty Coffee Association. Drukčija, prirodna, esencijalna: pripremite se za kavu kao ni jedna druga.

Mit dieser Reise wollen wir Kaffeegenießern die Möglichkeit geben, verantwortungsvollere Entscheidungen zu treffen, indem wir ihnen einen besseren Einblick zu den Menschen und Prozessen der gesamten Kaffee-Wertschöpfungskette geben, die dahinter stehen.

Dank unserer Zusammenarbeit mit der Slow Food Coffee Coalition können wir die Aktivitäten der Kaffeeproduzenten unterstützen und die Landwirte befähigen, indem wir das Wissen der Konsumenten über ihre besten Praktiken und ihr Engagement für guten, sauberen und fairen Kaffee verbessern.

Die Slow Food Coffee Coalition ist ein internationales, offenes und kollaboratives Netzwerk, das alle Beteiligten an der Kaffeeversorgungskette vereint, vom Kaffeebauern bis zum Konsumenten. Sie unterstützt auch die Schaffung eines gleichberechtigten Garantie-Systems, um guten, sauberen und fairen Kaffee zu kennzeichnen.
