Do I need to descaling my unit if I use Reverse Osmosis Filtered Water?

Yes, you still need to regularly descale your unit. If you use water filtered with a reverse osmosis system, we recommend testing the hardness of your water and adjusting the "Water hardness setting" on your coffee machine accordingly.
