How do I cancel or modify my De'Longhi Officina order?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order you can cancel it within 30 minutes after placing it. You just have to log in to your account and select the "Orders" section. You can only cancel the entire order and modifications cannot be made to quantities or addresses. If you need to make changes to your design we recommend you to cancel the order completely and start the configuration again.
Why does the shipping process take longer for a personalised Officina product?

Beautiful things take time. We want to provide you a unique and high-quality product, that’s why we dedicate a production line exclusively to customize your masterpiece. For this reason, it typically takes around 4-5 weeks to complete.
Are coupon codes applicable on any Officina personalised product?

Your personalized coffee maker has a unique value and it’s different from all the other products in our range. For this reason, coupon codes cannot be used for any Officina De'Longhi product.
