LatteCrema Hot & Cool Technologies

Whether you prefer your coffee hot or cold, LatteCrema technology created by De’Longhi, can create any hot or cold coffee you like, at the touch of a button. An automatic, precision aerodynamic system that uses the Venturi Effect to combine milk and steam, creating optimal microfoam for barista quality milk-based coffee. With automatic steam cleaning cycles and removable dishwasher safe components, it is easy to keep your carafe in perfect condition.

Cold Extraction Technology

Brewing Cold Brew coffees at home is now possible in under 5 minutes. The exclusive Cold Extraction Technology transforms your favourite beans, grinding and tamping them automatically, and then infusing the coffee dose with room temperature water at very low pressure, extracting all the coffee flavour nuances into a great cup of Cold Brew. The Cold Extraction Technology automatically brews lighter and more refreshing cold brew drinks on demand, that are even better if served with ice.
