Del grano a la taza

Los granos de café de De’Longhi se cultivan siguiendo directrices buenas, sanas y justas, en la plantación Finca Río Colorado, que se encuentra en la aldea sostenible de Las Capucas.

Esta comunidad Slow Food se creó en 2021 y está en Las Capucas, un municipio de San Pedro de Copán, en el oeste de Honduras. Hacen todo lo posible para que se garantice la comercialización de un café de buena calidad y se generen ingresos económicos para las familias de productores de café comprometidos con el medio ambiente y la sostenibilidad productiva, todo ello siguiendo los valores Slow Food.

La alta calidad de los granos ha sido probada por el experto en café Andrej Godina, bajo los criterios de la Specialty Coffee Association. Diferente, natural, esencial: prepárate para un café como ningún otro.

This journey is our commitment to empowering coffee lovers to make more responsible coffee choices by giving greater insight into the people and processes along the coffee value chain.

Thanks to our partnership with Slow Food Coffee Coalition, we aim to support the activities of coffee producers and empower farmers by increasing consumer knowledge of their best practices and their commitment to producing good, clean and fair coffee.

The Slow Food Coffee Coalition is an international open and collaborative network, uniting all the participants involved in the coffee supply chain, from farmers to consumers. It also supports the creation of a Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) to identify Good, Clean and Fair Coffee.
