The LatteCrema system always ensures an excellent result, automatically with just one touch. For different pleasures at any time of the day, simply by varying the desired level of foam with dairy milk or alternative vegetable drinks: enjoy froth that is always compact and creamy*.

Types of milk
LatteCrema system was designed to work flawlessly with all kinds of milk, from dairy variants (whole and semi-skimmed, pasteurized fresh milk and low-fat milk) to plant-based alternatives (soy, oats and almond), giving the same results. Plant-based milks are typically lower in saturated fat and calories than dairy milk and are also a good option for those who have milk allergies or lactose intolerance.
How to pair
Whereas cow’s milk tends to be neutral at the palate, plant-based milks have distinct flavour profiles. Choosing the right plant-based milk to blend with your coffee depends on the variety of the beans you’ve selected and their level of roasting - all you need to do is get a little familiar with the flavour profiles of the various coffees and mix accordingly.

Cleaning the coffee machine is essential even after preparing milk-based drinks. This is why the Lattecrema carafe is equipped with an automatic cleaning system. You sit back and enjoy the drink without having to think about anything else.

The milk carafe is equipped with a froth regulating knob with an integrated clean function. This activates a hygienic rinse cycle using steam and water so the remaining milk can be kept in the refrigerator and used again.
Cleaning couldn't be easier.
The Lattecrema carafe is easily disassembled and all its parts are dishwasher safe for an extra level of hygiene.
